Longtime Miami resident, Tommy Olbe, has finally made his dream of opening a real estate firm into reality by joining forces with girlfriend, Vanessa Hernandez, and creating The Olbe Group, Inc. Tommy has served as a real estate consultant to several firms in the Miami area and has also parlayed his sales, customer service, and entrepreneurial skills into Tao Management and 360 Entertainment. Tommy is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Broker/VP of Sales and Marketing

Prior to becoming Broker of The Olbe Group, Vanessa proved to be a highly successful agent at both The Real Estate Empire, and E.A.G. Realty, Inc.  She studied Mass Communication at New York University before graduating summa cum laude from Florida International University with a degree in Psychology.

Vanessa has been featured in Miami Agent Magazine and maintains an ample customer database that features a vast array of Miami's finest residents. 

Vanessa is known for her results-driven, no-nonsense, approach to busines that has helped her become so successful at such a young age.  Vanessa is fluent in English, Spanish, and possesses a strong knowledge of Italian.
